  • What can I create on the Free plan?
    A Free account can create up to 2 multi-image tours and unlimited single-image tours, with up to 5 images per tour and images up to 20 MB each. Each current Premium Tour adds 2 more multi-image tours to a Free account's limit, up to 10 multi-image tours in all. Pro removes these limits on every tour on your account.
  • What is a 360º picture?
    A 360º picture shows a place in every direction at once. A dual-lens camera captures two images facing opposite ways and combines them into a single "equirectangular" image, which is then wrapped around the inside of a sphere and viewed from the centre, much as a flat map of the world relates to a globe.
  • What is a 360º tour?
    A tour is one or more 360º pictures of an event or a place. A single-image tour shows one picture; a multi-image tour links several, so a viewer can move between vantage points of the same subject or walk through connected rooms and places.
  • How can I share my tours?
    Share a link to any tour by email or on social media, where it appears as a rich post that opens straight into the tour. Pro accounts and Premium Tours can also be embedded in your own website with a small snippet and no technical knowledge.
  • What do I need to capture, create and share a tour?
    A 360º camera and a smartphone are enough. Upload your pictures straight from your phone, arrange them into a tour, and preview it anywhere: on a phone, a computer screen, a VR headset, or the Orbix360º community wall.
  • What is hotspot navigation?
    Hotspots are small markers placed inside a picture that a viewer taps to move to another picture in the tour, or to read a note you have written. Linking alternate views of the same subject, or the rooms of a building, turns a set of pictures into a guided tour.
  • Can I add my own logo to my tours?
    Yes. With Pro, or with a Premium Tour, you can place your logo on the tour with a link back to your website, so viewers can find you from every picture.
  • What is the difference between Pro and a Premium Tour?
    Pro is an account plan: every tour you own gets the Pro features, and the Free plan limits no longer apply. A Premium Tour is a per-tour subscription bought from that tour's editor: it unlocks the same features on that one tour only, and each current Premium Tour also raises a Free account's multi-image tour limit. If you later go Pro, your Premium Tours are folded into it.
